The cooked noodles, onion, cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms are mixed in a baking dish, with the potato chips and more cheese sprinkled on top, and then cooked.

4. Drain the pasta, then add the pepper and tomato mix followed by the tuna. Mix it all together and put in an ovenproof dish5. Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumbs over the pasta and cook under a grill for about 3-5 minutes until all the cheese has melted and the breadcrumbs turn golden.6. Or flake in smoked trout or cooked salmon fillet. - For a more sophisticated palette, add some ripe chopped tomatoes, black pitted olives, 2-3 chopped anchovies, a tablespoon of capers and some chopped basil.
